Mame Reynolds has been doing massage since April 2006 when she graduated from Health-Choices Holistic School of Massage in Hillsborough, NJ. In 21015 she moved to Central New York and to fulfill the stricter New York requirements she had to go back to school.  After completing more hours of education at Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and passing the New York State Massage exam, she received her license to practice in New York State. She also has Reiki Master certification.  She studied Myofascial Release level 1 and 2 and Myofascial Unwinding with J.P. Barnes. She studied reflexology with Henry Roth.  She studied Anatomy Trains (myofascial release) from Carrie Gaynor. She generally uses a combination of the modalities based on the needs and wishes of the client.  Mame received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics with a minor in Education from the State University of New York at Potsdam.
